I have realized that diet alone will not help me "thin out". I am realizing that losing weight isn't my only problem, I'm thicker than I used to be a I don't like it. Only cardio sheds the extra layers and I need to stop procrastinating and start small with walking every day. I'm desperate to get my body back before summer. We just bought a house with a pool and last year I was so uncomfortable I barely used it, even when I was alone just because I couldn't stand to see me in a bathing suit! My daughter will be one and able to enjoy the pool and the ocean, I want to be there with her and I want to be proud. I haven't gained but I haven't lost so its time to change things up to reach my 44 pound loss by June 1st.
