I feel really bad because I didn't exercise once last week. Not counting all the walking I did at the zoo, of course. But doing any real exercise?? I totally slacked off all last week. I feel horrible because I did that. Not only because of the lack of exercise, but I've also been feeling extra sluggish and uber tired. And to make it worse, I gained back a pound and a half. That should teach me to slack off, right? I sure hope so. I hope I don't fall off the band wagon again. Cause doing so really sucks!!
