Falling off the band wagon?

I feel really bad because I didn't exercise once last week. Not counting all the walking I did at the zoo, of course. But doing any real exercise?? I totally slacked off all last week. I feel horrible because I did that. Not only because of the lack of exercise, but I've also been feeling extra sluggish and uber tired. And to make it worse, I gained back a pound and a half. That should teach me to slack off, right? I sure hope so. I hope I don't fall off the band wagon again. Cause doing so really sucks!!

    I know the feeling of falling off the wagon!! Just don't do what I've done in the past.. that's not getting back on the wagon! It's so easy to fall back into the same old rut! I am always so hard on myself and would get completely discouraged until I would stop. It's A new week forget last week - try remembering how good you felt making healthy choices, exersizing instead of blobbing. You can do it!!! emoticon
