I have another short term goal. My daily goal is still to eat within my calorie range every day. Not over, not under and I am extending that goal through March.
In addition to that goal, I would like to be able to do one pull up. Just one. I've NEVER done a pull up before. I am not sure what kind of time frame to give myself but I know I will need to strengthen my arms and losing a bit of weight would help also. I tried today but could not pull myself up even a tiny bit. I'm hoping for some progress by the end of March. I will begin with strength training 3 times a week - weights and push-ups. I'll try a pull up every Sunday and see if there is any improvement.
I'm adding everything to my calendar now!
