I have lost every single bit of the baby weight plus lost 7 lbs more. That is 40 lbs of weight completely GONE. So why do I still feel like i have not made any progress? I do not see any changes, other than that big old pregnant belly has been replaced with a flabby pooch and stretchmarks. My jeans are a bit looser. Maybe i do not feel like i have made progress because i am in pajamas 24/7. Or because i have not worked out lately. My first attempt of cardio is in the morning. 45 minutes on the stationary in the morning and POSSIBLY 30 minutes tomorrow night. Or maybe vice versa. Still stickinh to food choices although this weekend had a HUGE issue with over eating and not making the best choices. But tonight i was on track- 1/2 potato 4 oz deer roast with bbq sauce and 1/2 cup green beans. In the morning AFTER cardio i will have a green smoothie with kale and blueberries as well as mixed berries and honey for sweetener. My lunch will involve 4 oz of ground turkey, brown rice and a bell pepper. And LOTS of water!
