The Happiness Challenge Day 3

***** 3 gratitudes **********
Thankful I no longer have a headache

Thankful that there was no damage when I backed into the tractor

Thankful for the nice remarks from my profs on my assignments

***** Journaling **********
The drive home from work was very relaxing. The songs on the radio were very good and not horrid remixes. I was able to sing along to songs I loved and driving down the road. I have been carpooling recently to save money but really appreciate my freedom of being alone in the car. It is very relaxing, even in bad weather.

***** Exercise **********
I did the first two 10 minute workouts on Coach Nicole’s Cardio Blast DVD. It was low impact but at this point it was enough for me. My legs are getting out of shape because they were very sore throughout the workout

***** Meditation **********
I printed out some doodle art and colored. I usually like yoga before bed but when I work I get home too late not to bother anyone else.
***** RAK **********
I really have nothing here. Maybe that is why I had such a crappy day overall. I will have to double up a day in the future.

***********************
You know you’re 80’s old school when you've seen at least 10 episodes of Fraggle Rock. Of course I have but I love the Muppet Show Better. Jim Henson at his greatest.
