I've been uprooted for a while now, commuting an hour for more than a month and now finally settled in to my new job and my new city. Phew!
And I am ready to ROCK IT!
I haven't gained too much weight back I don't think, maybe just a couple of pounds, so that's good. But I've lost a lot of my toneage - what little I had to begin with that is. And I'm done with that. I'm ready to keep going down in sizes!
I can't afford a gym membership right now so I'm doing my own version of JM's 30 day shred type workouts. I took her's and expanded upon them some to make several different circuits. I got a GymBoss interval timer for Christmas so I'm all set to do those workouts night after night! Hopefully I can stick with it. For those nights when I'd rather just take a walk/do some basic cardio I can go outside or do some wii (wii dance anyone?!). So no excuses for me on that front!
As far as eating, that's going to be a bigger challenge than it may have been in the past. My new workplace gets food brought in all the time. Sometimes it's stuff I won't eat anyway but when it's pizza...oh man. Plus there are bunches of other little treats and carbs all over the place. So I'm hoping to stick to my "everything in moderation" mentality with food. Drinking is also going to cause a calorie problem I think ... but again moderation. With drinking that's always the key anyway :p
I also need to figure out my schedule a little better. I am CRAZY busy at this job and have flat out skipped several lunches by just forgetting to eat. So I'll have to figure something out with that....
At least I have some tasty healthy treats in my desk drawer! Like apples and raisins!
