BLC#17 WUB #4 + Measurements

Hello again,

My sickness from the past two weeks finally came to a head this week as an upper respiratory and sinus infection...yay. That had me out of commission both Monday and Tuesday.

My weight-loss this week - 0. yay. :( Really the scale yesterday said a gain from the weekend, but I'll just go with no loss and see how a not sick week works out.

I was not able to participate in the weekly challenges this week.

My goals:
Continue to drink water, but try to increase to 12 cups of water everyday. - Did not get this
Go to M/W classes and do the Jillian Michaels on at least Tuesdays. - Did not exercise formally at all this week, due to illness.
When I have any opportunity take the stairs as opposed to the elevator at school. - I did take the stairs everywhere, I believe I climbed about 25 flights of stairs over the week.
Continue to try and get at least 6-7 hours of sleep a night. - I think I got this, I honestly don't know if I did.

My new goals:
Get my 8-12 cups of water.
Do Jillian Michaels at least 2 times this week.
Make materials for next Monday so I can enjoy my time with Pat this weekend.

    Congrats on the inches and I hope the sickness clears up soon. One of my friends has been sick for like 3 weeks :-( I didn't even think that was possible.
