Days 45 - 47 Down 2.2 pounds this week

Thursday, Friday and Saturday were on track. Ate within calories. Drank my water. Did my cardio.

Saturday we spent the afternoon with friends and went to the Spartan hockey game. Our tickets came with snacks. I had a diet cola and gave my snack to my friend’s 13 year old son. I think he burned those calories off in 5 minutes. I am actually very proud of my Saturday. Previously I would have used it as an excuse to eat extra calories and not exercise. I was on the low end of calories and I did 40 minutes on the stationary bike.

Last week I lose 2.2 more pounds, making it a weight loss in every week so far in 2013. Now that’s a streak to maintain!
