Working on that 5k

Just ran my second treadmill 5k of the year. Last week, I jogged to a time of 36:40. Today, I tried intervals: 2 minutes of jogging and 1 minute of running between 6 and 6.5 MPH. (For me, this is practically a sprint.) My new time is 34:55! Hooray!
Also did well on Day 2 of No Wheat.
Breakfast: eggs, spinach, cheese on a corn tortilla
Lunch: buckwheat groats, chicken
Dinner: salmon, jasmine rice, broccoli
Post-run snack: milk and a banana
I'm under 1500 calories right now, so I will be snacking on carrots and dip with my hubby when I sign off. However, I will say that I was not hungry between meals, and I also have no inclination to binge.
