Plateau Busters Day 6

Finally finished grading, so I ran out of junk to eat. Today I stuck to a pretty sensible plan. My goal is to get down to 1300 cals and exercise at least 30 minutes a day. I believe I can do it, but I've got to work harder and eat better -- I know I can do it!
