When I started losing weight I had so many people in my life who held me accountable so it was easy to stay motivated, but now I dont have those things motivating me and I have nothing keeping me accountable. I realize I need that! I know everyone says "Do it for you" but we are not all the same and "doing it for me" isnt working! I kept 110 pounds off for 6 years and gained most of it back with my last pregnancy but have only lost half of it. I want to lose these last 30 pounds! I just need to change some things in my life. I exercise (almost) regularly and I eat healthy (nearly) everyday. So whats keeping this weight on me? I have no one holding me accountable!
