Day 2 of Turbo Fire regular schedule! I was bummed, because they gave me a wrong DVD in my set, so I don't have the low HIIT workouts. I just did HIIT 15 in place of the Low HIIT 20 for today. It really kicked my butt. Quite literally, it's so sore! lol
I can't help but eat a lot on days I do these DVDs. I just refuse to let myself go hungry. At least I'm making pretty good choices in food. I've done 2 weeks total of this, so I'm definitely looking forward to my day off tomorrow!! My body is tired. My results have been so immediate that my boyfriend keeps commenting on my fat loss every time he hugs me. It's a good feeling!
