Week 6 - No Weight Change

So this week my fiance' took me to Houlihans and I got a greasy, fattening burger. I ate most of it, and it was good. I wasn't concerned with the calories at that moment, but as always, I feel a bit of regret. I actually gained 1.8 lbs from that burger, no joke. So over the course of the week I worked so hard to get it down. I finally got myself down to where I started, 186, the day before my weigh in, which was Valentines Day. I'm actually using the weigh in from the day prior because for Valentines Day my fiance' brought me out for some pizza (much better health-wise, trust me). I only gained .6 lbs back from the pizza, and this is where I remain. I'm nervous to see what the next week brings me, but I pray that I lose at least 1 lbs, preferably 2.
