No one tells you that moving your body in new ways also moves your intestines. I've noticed it especially when I do the Feldenkrais therapeutic movement - very small movements that teach you body awareness. I always have "intestinal difficulties" afterward! The teacher told me today that is very common and that if she is doing individual work with people that she hears all sorts of intestinal rumblings. Got to run!
