    HA! That cracked me up that you are eating baby yogurt...just a small chuckle though. really. Sounds like you got a great deal at Aldi's! I have a nutribullet and love it! Yours sounds just like what I have. If you want recipes for smoothies, let me know....I can send you a link. The book that came with my nutribullet wants you to use 50% greens (spinach, kale, lettuce) and then three different types of fruit, some nuts for protein and fill to the line with water. I normally add protein powder, flax seed oil, benefiber (or oatmeal) for bulk, a sprinkle of cinnamon (metabolism booster). Good luck with your blood test today - hope you studied! Bahaha... just a little lab humor.
