Nutrition: Eat 5 servings of fruit/vegetables a day.
I've definitely been needing to get back on the "freggie" track, so this was a good challenge this week!
Bonus: Eat the "rainbow" of fruits and vegetables every day.
This was much easier than it was during BLC 16!
Fitness: Workout to something new.
This might be a bit of a stretch, but I worked out while talking to my husband. I used to love our long chats back when we were walking/jogging together, so instead of working out while catching up on tv shows on the DVR, I chatted with my hubby.
Motivation: Blog about 10 things you like about yourself in at least 2 different blogs this week.
I thought this was kind of a "throw away" challenge, but it actually was pretty challenging. I had to think quite a bit about it!
Bonus #2: Take your measurements again. Blog or post any successes.
I'm down 6.75 inches in the past 4 weeks, so I was pretty happy about that!
Time for me to go get started on dinner... thankfully, because I am HUNGRY!
