Just finishing up New Year New You Winter 2013 Amethyst BLC Team Challenge with a gain Each week I slowly got heavier and got out of my Maintenance range. Which is not good. I was amazed how I made it through the holidays then came mid January then I expanded and got really lazy with my eating & workouts.
Next weekend will be our starting weigh in for 2013 Casual Travelers Winter to Spring then shortly after that Spring 2013 Amethyst BLC Team Challenge should kick into gear.
Time to go back to weight loss mode again I got way to comfortable in Maintenance mode. This morning I weighed in at 146.1 which was back in my range 137.74 to 146.26 goal 142.
I have one more weigh in for New Year New You Winter 2013 Amethyst Wednesday hoping for a good weigh in to end challenge.
I made it to gym after work yesterday (which I usually never do for a Saturday) The gym has a hydro massage bed my incentive to go and workout is I will sign up after my workout to use the hydro bed as a treat so far it has been a great motivator.
As this is lent season I am giving up my sweets so far so good I have been sticking with my planned foods that I bring to work and Friday I beat the
monster I had a greek yogurt instead.
Plus I really do need to be good as I purchased a Google Chrome Notebook from QVC it will be paid off by my 2nd anniversary of maintenance. Bigger need and pressure I receive a sparkmail on 2/13 that I was named "SparkPeople Motivator" which came as a very big surprise ot me Thank you who voted for me I have much to live up to now.
Treadmill jog today pace was 13 minutes 40 seconds 2.56 miles in 35 minutes not bad if I do say so
I will be back at goal weight by April 20th no doubt in my mind. I will be jogging on treadmill at a pace of 13 minutes, I will have dropped body fat % ( right now I'm at about 30.5% shooting to be about 28%) by that time as well.
I am so looking forward ot my next 2 challenges. I am ready for success.
