I was on my own at work today, and it wasn't too bad. Didn't have to do any of the conference area though. Did have to do my bathrooms. I just love cleaning bathrooms. There were still people hanging around everywhere though just because it was a three day weekend. Wish I had a three day weekend. Yestarday I got most of my goals done, and went below my calorie range. I just munched most of the day. Took a day off from walking, and enjoyed a good book most of the day.
Last week wasn't one of my best weeks as far as walking is concerned. I only squeased out three of the 6 days I was aiming for. I did pretty well on my other goals though. I think it's the weather but I do alot inside as well.
My goals for This week are:
90 minutes of writing
90 minutes of reading
90 minutes of housework
180 minutes of cardio
60 minutes of strength training
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 calories 6 of the 7 days.
My goals for Monday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 mintues of reading
15 mintues of housework
45 minutes of cardio
10 mintues of strength training
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 or below the 2000 calorie mark
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
