Back and forth, back and forth

Today I'm doing reasonably poor on eating, however I did exercise.
It was a short workout, but it was 10 minutes.
I did about 50 modified sit-ups, 10 slow push-ups. 10 dumbbell lateral raises on each arm, and 10 squats.
I'm feeling like I really go back and forth. My weight has been all over lately, and I know that doesn't matter.
I have done two workouts this week(if you include Sunday into the previous week). Plus, I do a lot of squats at work(library shelving work).
