So I went way off track during the past few weeks. I used the excuses of SuperBowl parties, family coming into town, and going out of town to visit even more family to throw my hard work into the wind. I'm pet/house sitting for a family for a week starting on Tuesday. I'm going to use that whole week to get my habits back in check! Using today and tomorrow as buffer days- getting healthy groceries, packing up all my weights and equipment to take to the house with me, and setting many small daily goals to reach. Need a good figurative smack in the head to get back with the program!
And I'm only going to weigh myself tonight before bed. The rest of the week is going to be shrouded in mystery! Lol!
