Here again, I'm not a very good blogger and only write every now and then BUT have been plodding away since last Jan, I have almost lost 4st (56lbs) will soon update this when I've lost 3lbs, I'll be a very happy bunny when that time comes! I'll have more to lose though so you will see me log in again and write here :) My walking isn't as regular as it should be but I do try and do my Curves workout either 2 or 3 times a week .. I did manage 5 miles the other weekend and did 4 today, so even though I don't really feel that much fitter, my walking has improved! I have already registered for my 10th RACE FOR LIFE and would really like to do the 7 mile Midnight walk for our local Hospice, I was going to do it last year but couldn't so keep fingers crossed I will get to do it this year :) that would be such an achievement for me. Anyway hope every body is doing really well with their own weight loss journeys, good luck and best wishes everybody :)
