I'm not a very good blogger!

Here again, I'm not a very good blogger and only write every now and then BUT have been plodding away since last Jan, I have almost lost 4st (56lbs) will soon update this when I've lost 3lbs, I'll be a very happy bunny when that time comes! I'll have more to lose though so you will see me log in again and write here :) My walking isn't as regular as it should be but I do try and do my Curves workout either 2 or 3 times a week .. I did manage 5 miles the other weekend and did 4 today, so even though I don't really feel that much fitter, my walking has improved! I have already registered for my 10th RACE FOR LIFE and would really like to do the 7 mile Midnight walk for our local Hospice, I was going to do it last year but couldn't so keep fingers crossed I will get to do it this year :) that would be such an achievement for me. Anyway hope every body is doing really well with their own weight loss journeys, good luck and best wishes everybody :)

    Hmmm...blogging is just thoughts and your thinking seems just fine. You are doing so well with your weight loss and activity...keep up the good work and check in often...I enjoy reading about other peoples lives.

    Hi, I found you on UK Sou'westers (I'm one too!) I was wondering where you do the midnight walk - I've thought about doing one but not plucked up courage yet (I can't persuade any of my friends to join me!)

Brilliantly well done on losing 4 stones, such an acheivement

    Thank you very much, it is a wonderful atmosphere at a Race for Life event and most times I have walked on my own, but the crowds are lovely and normally clap you along! I have done it at my biggest which was 19st 7lb and really looking forward to this year as it will be at my lowest weight..... You can do it, take baby steps and start with small walks and gradually build it up :) take care

  Wow! I am impressed with your walking and the goals that you have set for yourself. I thought about setting a 5k goal but it seemed to intimidating. Now, I see you are doing the Race for Life. You have truly inspired me. I'm going to look for future opportunities to set some specific race goals.
