I will be pushing my boundaries with these upcoming challenges. One of the challenges is to lose 5% of your weight, which starts next Saturday and last until April 20, 2013. I am part of the Fire Crackers Team. I just love that name, because that's what I am: a Firecracker! LOL! The other challenge is called Springing into Action, which starts today and last until June 15, 2013. This team is called the Wave Runners!
Here's this week's challenge for the Wave Runners. My nickname is Stevie. I'm in my Fabulous 40s. I'm Single and Loving It! I have a dog, who is my buddy and keeps me on my toes. I work at an university. I love kickboxing and strength training. My favorite thing to do for fun is Girls Nite Out! I love hanging out with my friends as well as traveling. As far as food is concerned, I really do not have a favorite. I do like Mexican, Italian as well as Chinese. When it comes to my struggles with weight loss, my issue would be starting something and not completing it. My goal this year to make monthly plans for my workouts along with eating. I started Les Mills' Combat and want to finish the program in March. So far, everything is going well! What's keeping me motivated is my determination to earn the body I want. So, here's some information about little old me!

I will continue to Eat Clean and change up my workouts every 60 days. I will be doing workouts in the mornings & evenings. At my job, I will continue my mini challenge of wall pushups, squats, and lunges. I have a sit down job and need to get up and move! I will participate on the teams and participate on Team Challenges!
