I have been wanting to eat all day.
Even if I was not hungry.
Do you have any of those days? Where you count the hours till your next meal?
I wanted to make cookies today,but decided against it.
It was the right decision!!!
I knew I would have eaten them all.
And then I would have felt really gross.
I had a nap instead.
Then at supper, I had a good balanced meal and even had a couple of squares of dark chocolate for dessert.
But I wanted to continue eating until I was stuffed.
I just wanted to scream with wanting to eat. Ok, not scream, just stuff my face.
I looked around for what I could eat.....anything would've done at this point.
But I resisted, got busy, brushed my teeth, and I think the feelings have gone away for now.
I hate pms!!!!
