I have been frozen at 184 for the last month and it is very discouraging. Doing a cleanse today to reset my body. No exercise today as well to rest.
I have been staying within my guidelines with only one except and that is my fat levels are higher than I would like and my protein lower. With a vegan diet this is extremely hard to balance. I increased my workouts to add weightlifting this last month starting to wonder if that is too much. I really hate plateaus cause it is hard to figure if you should lower or raise calories or lower or raise workouts.
