I got home from work and got my butt on the treadmill for the 5 day of this week. I also did 50 push ups. YAY another week done!! I will start week 6 of 5 runs a week tomorrow...my bf and I are both off and hopfully i can run outside tomorrow but if not than im gonna kick him out of the bed room so i can get my run on!! Im shooting for a 5 miler at least. thank you all again for all you surpport and keep sparking!!!
