oday! Got some prayer support. Man, roller coastering is no fun...at least I did not go over and over and over...2,000 to 3,000 calories! emoticon They were out to drain every last drop of blood .... emoticon I am now refusing to dwell and WILL remain positive...."all things work together for good to them who Love God and are called according to His purpose" emoticon

Think of how to buffer yourself against the "friend's" behaviour. Basically, that behaviour is their responsibility and you need to think in those terms. What they say or do that is hurtful to you is a reflection of something wrong in their life, not yours. You sound as though you are on the right track - aware of what triggers some overeating, but not letting it get wholly out of hand. Well done!!

It's a process. It does not happen overnight.

We have things to learn along the way. As long
as we are learning about ourselves and what we
need to do to succeed emoticon
