I got up later than normal this morning ... that usually happens a couple times a week. I worked out at the gym yesterday so that might account for it. I seem to sleep really well after a good workout.
By the time I have meds ... wait my hour ... I am having breakfast almost at lunch time. That messes with my normal daily meals. Today we had brunch at around 11:30 so supper should be now ... I'm not hungry for a meal yet so I guess it's time to get out the veggies or my yogurt to hold me over until we have our spaghetti dinner around 6 tonight. Then there really isn't room for a third meal, so I'll have to include a light snack around 9:30 tonight ... I suppose keeping it balanced and making sure I get all my fruits and veggies for the day is key.
Does anyone out there have the same problem ... would love to hear from you on how you handle it!
