Goal & Reward

If I've learning anything during my 7 year weightloss journey, it's that goal setting and rewards work. I find myself needed a little motivation these days so here goes.
Goal: 30 days of no overeating or binging
Reward: Just Dance 4 DVD
3 ways to acheive my goal:
1 - TRACK, TRACK, TRACK!
2 - Weigh-in weekly for accountablitly.
3 - Make a plan before going out to for social events.
If I complete this goal, I'll have that DVD just in time for my birthday!
