So, I'm at the end of week 4 of a Biggest Loser Challenge I'm doing, and I've officially lost 10 inches from around my body!!!
What's really exciting about this is that it's been a pretty consistent loss from around my body, rather than mostly concentrated in one place; right now, I'm losing everywhere. It's rewarding to see that even when the scale doesn't move much (which it didn't for a while because of some hydration issues), I'm doing the right thing. Besides, the scale can be affected by a million different things that may not have any effect whatsoever on my actual size. Measurements, yeah, those are definitely progress!
Now let's see if I can get another 10 inches off in the next 4 weeks!
Here are starting measurements, followed by current measurements!
Neck: 15 inches
Bust/Chest: 56 inches
Waist: 45 inches
Upper Arm: 20 inches
Lower Arm: 14 inches (wasn't sure what this meant so I measured the fullest part of my forearm)
Hips: 60 inches
Thigh: 35 inches
Calf: 20 inches
Total Inches: 354 inches (arms and legs times two)
Neck: 14.75 inches
Bust/Chest: 54 inches
Waist: 44 inches
Upper Arm: 19.5 inches
Lower Arm: 13 inches
Hips: 58.75 inches
Thigh: 34.75 inches
Calf: 19 inches
Total Inches: 344 inches (counting arms and legs twice)
Total Inches Lost: 10 inches lost!!!
