Gotta remind myself to just keep moving forward even when I have an "off" day. Was doing great until a migraine knocked me out of loop the last 2 days and haven't done much of anything except stay in bed where I can hide in the dark and try to block out all light and noise. Now I feel like I am right back at square one and having to start over. Between the migraine and added stress at home (which is probably the cause of said migraine) I have not gotten any workouts in the last two days and have have been feeling sluggish and blah. So here is to me determined to work through it and keep moving forward no matter what is trying to hold me back.
