I can't believe the month is almost over. This year is flying so fast. I am working hard at eating and excercise and hoping it will pay off by the end of March to meet my goal before our trip. I order some new shorts and capris for our trip and they should come next week sometime. I ordered a size 16 and am positive they will fit for the jeans I have now are 16s. What a great feeling to be 2 sizes smaller. I have been going thru my clothes because of the trip and finding so many are large on me. So the extra large stuff is going into a bag to be given away. Out of sight , out of mind.

I keep seeing so many recipes that look good and I would like to try, but so many have tomatoe products that I can't have. So trying to adjust them but it is just not the same when tomatoes are taken out. Lately I have been so upset about no chocolate and tomatoes and it is not because of the diet but because of the esphagus. How I would love to bite into something like that and not get sick. UGH! Patience and keeping healthy is the goal and not developing cancer.
We went out to eat the other day and I ordered liver and onions. I love that and not sure if it was a good thing to have but did enjoy it so much. My treat to myself.

Onward and upward to a new life of health.

    I had a piece of liver cooked in onions today at a country buffet. It was yummy. Maybe you could make a banana pudding with graham crackers instead of vanilla wafers and sugar-free pudding as a treat since you can't have chocolate. I would miss chocolate too. Esophagus trouble can't be ignored.
