Day 42 - Insanity

Sunday, February 17, 2013

Today is my off day for Insanity. I normally go hiking or do some type of activity outdoors. Today I am truly taking an off day. Tomorrow I start the Max Interval training and don't want to run the risk of being sore. I am getting ready to head up to Lowe's here in a few to grab some paint to do our master bathroom. It has taken me almost five years to pick the color I want!

Also today I am putting up my motivation board in my closet. (Good thing the hubby and I have separate closets.) I have a few posters, a pair of jeans I am very close to fitting into and a pair of pants from when I was 18. I've kept them over the years as a reminder of what size I used to be (and to think I thought I was "fat" back then). I am determined to fit back into those pants plus have room to spare.

Speaking of motivation, I love the Chive and its sister site the Berry. Every day they post a "Daily Motivation" pictorial. It is really motivating and really helps when you have "fresh" motivational pictures to look at every day. If anyone is interested in checking it our or the other funny content of the site you can check it out here:

So it may be my "off" day but I still have a busy day ahead of me. I finally decided to buckle down and have a good balanced breakfast this morning, so I am energized and ready for the day! I will also post pictures of my motivation board tomorrow. Woohoo!

Way to go! I cannot wait to see you board! Have fun painting! I am starting Insanity once I am done with P90X/TurboFire Hybrid schedule I am doing right now. I have tried it twice before and failed but this time will be different. I will complete it even if it kills me emoticon
