I just wanted to say thank you to all my friends and everybody on SP for all the support and encougament. I know that i can do this. I will never give up. I'm sorry for such a negative vent. But i'm back and I feel ready to go. I'm going to move froward that is the only direction i have somethings i need to do and i will deal with it whatever comes my way.

So i'm going to add to my motto of this year of Keep on Keeping on. And i am adding i am beautiful and i can do this.

It is a New week and guess what i weighed in today and i lost a pound. So i feel good about that. Just time to do the plan of being healthy. I have to think of some new stragies for going out to eat. I will have a plan for what i'm going to eat before i go. I was doing that and than i stopped which is silly.

I hope everyone has a great week. Thank you all again for being their for me. emoticon

    Hey Julie you are doing great! You have lost a lot more than me. I finally hit my 20 pound weight loss this week for 1 day and then it went up the nest day. I know it will go down but you have lost a lot! I am very, very ahppy for your great success!

I can't wait to see your story in People Magazibe, Women's Day or Good House Keeping. Then you will do appearances on the morning shows and before you know it you will have your own show on TV.

I'm glad you're feeling good about keeping on, keeping on! It's all we can do sometimes. Keep it going! Even if you're not perfect, there's always something you can do.

    That's right- be positive!

This is a journey, NOT a destination...

the best thing about this journey is that even if we stumble or fall or veer off the path of our goals and healthy lifestyles- this journey will take us right back at any moment- so the most important thing is when we stumble or get off track is to walk right back on that path and head towards our healthy goals, because yes this is hard, yes this is challenging, but NOT impossible!

We have to choose our "Hard":
it's hard to be overweight, it's hard to be out of shape, it's hard not to feel good about ourselves..

It's hard to work out, it's hard to eat right- but we never regret those things, so choose which hard lifestyle you want!

We are here to support you!

    You are tough! I ate out for 4 days and it was a disaster to my SP dieting. I will not know just how much until I weigh in a few hours. We haqve to let go and vent and also eat a little out of our comfort zone to see what happens. I always equate restraurant food as being grossly fattening but sometimes it's not as bad as we might think!
