First Walk

Today for the first time I went out for a walk, and almost 120 minutes went by without any problems. I am over-anxious to get back to gym and to dance, but I'm also scared as my lack of energy means I have to get back there slowly.
After twelve days of forced rest, I must be careful as it was a bronchitis on the go.
And I don't want to try it again , in one week I'll be on the mountains - tough week, offering skiing, alpine walking, climbing - all in snow and cold.
I hope I can make it and re-train myself slowly but successfully.
I'm sure you are with me, dear SP friends!!!!

    A walk that long is great! Take it slow, maybe save the gym for after your mountain trip! And pack plenty of warm clothing!

    careful babe, dancers have the tendency to overdo things, to push themselves to the limit, and beyond! try and find a 'normal' level of exercise that's sustainable over the long run.
