It was time for a shake up of some sort.
I have been suffering from a case of "diet rage," lol, and I knew I needed to make some kind of change to keep things interesting, so I picked up some chia seeds on the way home from work late last night. I have read enough on the boards here to cause me to be at least intrigued.
I just added a tablespoon to a glass of water with lemon and while this was probably not the best way to consume them, I must say that I feel rather full. That's a big deal for me since I rarely feel full (I often say my stop button is broken). Maybe this one is all in my head, but it will be an interesting experiment. I'm always starving late at night and maybe adding a few of these little buggers to my yogurt will help turn the late night tide.
