I love Pinterest for Fitsporation!

It is a nice reminder for me that my body isn't "ruined" and even though sometimes it seems so slow going that it feels impossible it is most definitely possible!

These are some of my favorites to look at to become re-inspired.



I did Day 4 of my 30 Day Shred and I also have to do my treadmill workout later in the day. I am still stuck at 161. It has been a 3 week plateau but I am kicking it up a notch. This happened when I was in the low 170's. I just keep reminding myself that it is better to be healthy and lose weight slower than I planned versus giving up and not losing at all.

Summertime is coming!!!!!!! :) I am going to buy myself a swimsuit for the first time in 6 yrs! So I need to keep going
