Down, but, not out

I'm a little disappointed today...the scale is up 2 lbs...but...still under 190...I'm not going to beat myself up, though,...I'm still working on my eating habits..learning new ones, but, still holding onto old ones...I've got to learn not to give up...that will get me nowhere but unhealthy...this is truly a learning process and I still make mistakes, but, we are moving forward...Thanks to all my sparkfrinds!!! you are truly a Godsend! emoticon emoticon

    I have the same problem of my weight going up 2lbs. then down again.
I know how you feel when you get on the scale and it's gone the wrong direction.
I do know that I am exercising and eating right so good things are happening the scale just doesn't show it sometime.
Eat right and good things will happen! emoticon emoticon

  Just about every week I am up one or so pounds and then down by the time I weigh in officially. Hopefully this will be the case this week! I know how you feel to see "up" on the scale, but usually it is water retention if you are watching your goals. Hopefully, that is what it is and it will relect greater loss next week. Try not to be down, you will make it. We are cheering you on. We need the same from you my friend, over and over. God Bless you this week.
