Stressed out and over worked!

Sunday, February 17, 2013

I've been feeling stressed out and over worked lately. Since my husband and I bought our elliptical machine, we've been on it a few times. We told ourselves we would use it everyday, but truthfully we haven't been using it faithfully on a regular day to day basis. I work all day and when I get home I have no energy. He's been sick and he hasn't felt like using it, which is understandable. I've been on a liquid diet, no solid foods due to a colonoscopy procedure I'm having tomorrow 2/18/2013. This is the second time I have to do this, because the first one didn't go well. Hope and pray the second one will go well and I won't have to go through it again for awhile. The prepping is the worst part of it.

Great idea - 2 minutes a day and slowly work up!

Hope your test went well. I know it is no fun to do!

doing "the prep" myself today, for my scope tomorrow - this stuff is NASTY!!! And so far no "results" - don't tell me I'm going to have to drink the entire jug!! I was sure hoping to get away with just half!!

I like the "2 minute" plan! Sorry you have to do the test over ... And I pray God gives you peace and good results!

Edited to add: Give yourself a break until after your c-scope and after you've fully recovered from that ordeal. emoticon

Your right! the prep is a bear! I've had to have repeat attempts too. So sorry!

Best tip I have for the elliptical - get on it for 2 minutes and consider that a success. Sometimes the energy comes after you get moving. If after 2 minutes you don't want to do any more - you will have been successful.

I use this method to clean house. I promise myself the first 2 minutes and that is usually the hardest part.

Today is not the day to exercise since you are prepping, I am praying for you right now that your tests will be clear. Also, that you will have a renewed enthusiasm to start exercising. You are important and so is your health. Take care of yourself! emoticon
