Happy 8th Birthday to my little Pumpkin....Auntie loves you so much :)

Today spending the day with my family I hope there is no fighting or drama I'm really not in the mood for it.

Yesterday for the most part was a great day and then BAM my mood changed. I was thinking about anything and everything from the past that ever hurt me and I caved in and had some macaroni and cheese. I didn't sleep much and when I did it was bad dreams but Ya know what...today is a new day and it's going to be a great one

    mac and cheese has protein and calcium, so it isn't a total bust...much better than empty calories with no nutritional value whatsoever
