I've decided to write a blog each Sunday outlining my goals each week for eating and exercise. I already do this in my personal journal, but I'm now sharing this to help me be accountable to myself:). Of course any comments or tips could turn out to be very helpful, so here goes:
Nutrition:
1) Plan tomorrow's meals today and enter them in tracker
2) Stick to lower end of calorie allowance each day of this week
3) Drink minimum 8 glasses water
4) No more than 2 cups of coffee each day this week
5) 60g protein minimum each day (lower end of my allowance)
6) For dinner each night this week, more veg and protein, little carb
7) Cut up veg and bag for snack, and make sure 5 fruit/veg per day
Fitness:
1) BeFit each day this week (redid day 16 today!!!!)
2) Min 30 minutes cardio 4x this week
3) try to do pilates / yoga dvd 2x this week
4) Take my daughter swimming at least once this week and play with her at the park
This should keep me busy--phew!
