I am very pleased with my progress thus far. I remain commited to this healthy life style. I love cooking and I am learning to cook healthier. I still have a long ways to go, but I am making progress. I have lost 10 pounds since I began so that is pretty motivating. My clothes fit better and my stamina has improved as well. I am anxious to see how I am doing next month.
