This week has been a bit intense with school and will probably remain the same this coming week. I didn't get any exercise in (even though I should have!), but because I've been more conscious about my portions, I still lost weight! 1.4 pounds down this week, whooo hoo!!
This week's goals:
~ Stay on my study schedule
~ At least 1 hour of cardio this week
~ At least 2 bottles of water per day
~ Keep up with motivation everyday :)
