Off to a little rocky start. Took off some weight, but unfortunately, had a Birthday took off from exercise and eat tom much. So guess what the weight came right back.
So I continue, but will start the Shred Diet plan today and follow for 6 week cycle. Excited about this Shred system and so is wife. We are doing it together, I know this will help us both with our weight loss.
Will check in with weekly updates and weigh in's..
So Today Sunday 2/17/2013 Beginning Weight 267.0lbs.
