Been spiraling downward long enough. Now is not the time to speak of the past, but rather the present/future.
Will work on getting back on track, starting with portion control, consistent exercise program and drinking that oh so important water.
Thanks to all who kept sending supportive comments. I'm getting my spark back...ONE day at a time.
Sometimes life "sucks", but it's how we handle these times, no matter how long it takes, that will make the difference.....I DO BELIEVE !!!!
