Fitness: 20 minutes sparkpeople ball video
had a sugary day with 1.5 glass of juice, strawberry yogurt
breakfast: boiled egg, 4 small wholewheat with cheese spread + coffee without sugar
Snack: i was craving sugar and bought juice
Lunch: thai food bought from roadside restaurant near office (went to office on sunday :(
and strawberry yogurt
snack: instant coffee + chopped fruits
dinner: homemade tacos + 1/2 cup orange juice
