Goals for the week of 2/17/13

I only have 2 goals this week. I need to focus on eating and tracking. This is where I have the most trouble. I do very well with my workouts and water intake.


My goals for the week are to.....

-work on being consistent with my eating (eat at
least 4 times a day)

-track everything I eat
