The greatest gift I have is my intuition, that gut feeling that something is right or wrong. That "Ah Ha" (or "Uh duh!")you get. Sometimes is sneaks in as little gifts from seemingly out of nowhere... stuff just comes across my path. Affirmations that I have been seeing in the blogs of fellow Sparkers - BIGLITTLEWOMAN, NEW_PARADIGM, and FREELADY have been lighting a fire beneath me.
Dealing with GI issues and some pain is very distracting. You all are inspiring me to take action, take control. Sitting mired in my pity pot will not get me out of it. The easy way out of doing nothing is not a way out. I need to make a plan and stick to it if I want to get well.
~INDYGIRL's "Fighting The Blahs and Staying on Track" spoke to me.

"A BIG part of the journey is learning to be like water. Soft and STRONG. Water is so soft you can reach right through it, but it can also be one of the most damaging forces known to mankind. Be like water. Be resilient and ever-changing. Be open to your own emotions and change with them, allowing them time."
"Be strong, yet soft. Remember there is no wagon to fall of of anymore- this is a lifestyle. There is only the journey. Work with it. Learn from it. "
Like ~INDYGIRL I believe that there is some sort of solution out there for my current situation, I just need to be open to it and make it happen.
I'm off to make my plan of action.
