Got up at my normal weekday time to run errands. Sore from too many burpees, and jumping jacks yesterday.
Planned out my food plan for the day. Just three weeks ago I was struggling to keep my fat low and my protein high. But now as I was entering food, I saw that it was time for me to look for some good fats to add back in! Time for me to buy some cheese sticks for snacking!
I cheated and weighed myself yesterday instead of waiting till Monday, things were looking good so I'm hopeful for a successful team weigh-in tomorrow.
