I think I am going to take this seriously now.

I weighed myself this week. I lost 4 pounds and didn't really do anything different. Just a lot of stress at work. However, I want my health to improve, especially the diabetes. Between you and I my job is on thin ice, but my plan to improve it is to be more involved with my staff (positively) and follow through each day. Mistakes happen, but if we don't make the mistakes then how can we learn. I have a new dawn approaching, and with Gods help I can succeed. I am so excited about making friends on sparkpeople, and looking forward to those of you who are interested in getting to know me.

So here I go. I think I will work on the 8 week diabetes challenge so I can get that under control first. Looking forward to meeting everyone. emoticon
