Love it! It's those day to day decisions that will get us there. It is not always easy to remember on a daily basis... I keep thinking that every decision, big or small, either leads me towards the land of Oz, where I will meet the healthy, fitter, thinner me or leads me back the road where I came from - unhealthy, unhappy and feeling powerless.
